MY PHILOSOPHY
Training should fit the person, not the other way around.
My goal is to help every athlete make running a meaningful and sustainable part of their life. We work hard and set big goals - but at the end of the day, running is about more than the time on the watch.
MY BACKGROUND
From competing at the national level in collegiate athletics to running remote relays through the Atacama desert, I’ve experienced this sport in many different forms.
After a brief chapter pursuing professional running, I found my home with New York City’s run crews. Today, I coach runners of all backgrounds, helping them pursue ambitious goals and build a relationship with the sport that lasts.

Consulting packages are for athletes who have a basic understanding of what they need to do, but still feel like there is something missing. We will work together to develop a customized plan that you take forward on your own.

COACHING
Coaching packages are for athletes who are looking for on-going support in their training. This allows for increased tailoring and adjustment as the training program develops and is ideal for athletes looking to develop beyond a single race.

IN PERSON
Have a coach at a workout or run to practice drills, get form reviewed, or just have some extra support. An opportunity to ask questions and learn live.

Spend an hour discussing training, strategy, or mental approaches. Great for race prep, asking specific questions, and expanding your knowledge.
