FIND

YOUR

REASON

TO RUN

Training needs to fit the person, not the other way around. My goal for every athlete is to make running a cohesive part of their lives. We can work hard and set big goals, but at the end of the day, running is about more than the time on the watch.

I offer a variety of services from custom plans with weekly check-ins, to one-on-one consults that can help set you up for success.

COACHING

WANT TO KEEP UP WITH ME?

At the age of twelve, I joined my school’s track team and was entered into the only open event at the next meet - the 800m. This would eventually take me to within tenths of a second of the NCAA National Championships and sparked a love of the sport that continues to today.

Having seen a glimpse of a professional career in running, I eventually found my home with the run crews of NYC where I can help runners of all kinds to develop their own relationships with the sport.

ABOUT

TESTIMONIAL

“I believe the best leaders tend to sit quietly in the background with a little smirk, maybe a pencil glued in hand and sketchbook for their vision, excited to watch it unfold in due time. They are confident in their plan, but ask for/listen to your ideas. The best leaders are flexible to revisions of the masterplan[…] They never reveal that they’ve had their eyes on the prize––the ENTIRE time––but they easily and often reveal their belief in you. They leverage your strengths and will find WHATEVER resources are needed for your goals, especially when you’re hurting most (and want to puke). They are focused but never turn down a time to laugh and joke. They ask how everyone else is doing before they realize the same question applies to them, too. By now, you might’ve figured out I’m talking about Trina[…] She embodied this effortlessly this weekend as our captain; and convinced me I could race an evenly distributed ultramarathon even though I’ve never raced above 5 miles w/ 4 other women I’ve never met.”
